Als operator begint je shift steeds met een ploegoverdracht, hier worden de eventuele problemen, lopende producties en planning van de dag besproken.

Je bent samen met jouw collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces.

Jouw taken

• Geplande orders voorbereiden: machine correct instellen en afregelen, grondstoffen klaarzetten, …
• Machines in extrusie bedienen volgens de vooraf besproken planning.
• Wanneer jouw machine in productie is, hou jij steeds een oogje in het zeil en regel je de machine bij waar nodig.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens vooropgestelde procedures (uitvoeren, registreren en melden eventuele afwijkingen)
• Afgewerkte producten verpakken en labelen volgens de wensen van de klant.

• Heb je ervaring in een productieomgeving of volgde je net een technische opleiding?
• Is veiligheid voor jou van cruciaal belang?
• Ben je bereid om te werken in 3-ploegen (vroeg – laat – nacht, in blokken van 7 dagen)?
  
• Ben je leergierig, gemotiveerd én heb je geen hoogtevrees?
