Responsibilities

Key Job Accountabilities 

 

As part of the Planning Team you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Monitoring scrap and repro stock levels to ensure effective space utilization
  • Co-ordinate the monthly scrap forecast based on site requirements and sales forecast
  • Working with the Masterbatch and Polymer Planning Co-ordinator to create a structured weekly reclaim plan, using the scrap forecast as a reference.
  • Monitor changes in actual material usage v’s forecast and adjust scrap purchases and reclaim production plans accordingly
  • Assist the Planning Manager with driving sales of Sustane
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Planning Manager
  • Attend Monthly Repro and Polymer review meetings
  • Work collaboratively with QC to drive internal improvements and monitor the NCR report implementing corrective action where necessary
  • Co-ordinate the monthly stock-take procedure (Mass Balance) submitting all post count reports to the relevant departments.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications/Requirements 

 

  • A good knowledge of IT including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience of working in a planning role
  • Experience of the recycled plastics industry is desirable
  • Use of the In-House Navision Operating System
  • Good attention to detail
  • Team player and good communicator
  • Demonstrate professional behaviours
